MY PRACTICE

Having practiced yoga for nearly 10 years, I have felt the positive effect it has had on my body and mind. Having originally practiced Astanga and Scarivelli yoga I gained invaluable experience in traditional Hatha style yoga postures. It was only in 2007 I discovered Kundalini yoga and recognised the potential of using yoga to heal the body and mind as well as a form of physical fitness. Since being introduced to Kundalini yoga I felt the transformative effect it has had on many aspects of  my life.

I now devote my personal practice and yoga teaching to Kundalini yoga and meditation. I completed my teacher training with the Amrit Nam Sarovra School in France under the guidance and teaching of Karta Sing.

I have also has traveled extensively through India and more recently worked at the Miri Piri Academy in Amritsar (see links for more information) Here I have had the opportunity to go deeper into the Kundalini philosophy and practice and see the benefits it had on children and teenagers. While in India I had the opportunity to work with some outstanding Kundalini teachers from all over the world.

I now teach Kundalini yoga in centers and schools across London.
