Sri Lanka retreat 6–14 April 2012

In the exclusive beachside setting of Turtle Bay

turtle bay sri lankaI am blessed to be able to offer the unique experience of a yoga retreat in Sri Lanka in association with the Breath of Life clinic. It is a place I have dreamed of going to for a long time. When I was teaching in London I worked at the Breath of Life clinic, and we collaborated together on numerous retreats in beautiful places with amazing outcomes. We are very excited about this unique programme and feel it is the perfect time as we enter 2012.

This eight-day programme will provide the opportunity for total body and mind rejuvenation using two of the most ancient holistic traditions, Ayurveda and Kundalini yoga. Through the combination of yoga, diet and deep bodywork we aim to unlock individuals’ ability to self-heal and rejuvenate while igniting a process of self-realisation and increased awareness. We live in a time when the relationship between our body, mind and spirit is constantly being pushed out of alignment. It is our birthright to feel happy, healthy and holy, and through experiencing our inner truth this can become our reality.

The retreat programme will include twice daily yoga and meditation sessions, personalised body treatments, massage and delicious food. We aim to reawaken your natural rhythms, bringing a new consciousness for the transformative year of 2012. I would like to invite you all to join me in Sri Lanka’s Turtle Bay – the perfect place to become empowered through total body health and mental well-being.

I will be teaching two Kundalini yoga classes a day during this programme. If you are interested in coming, please let me know or contact the Breath of Life clinic directly.
