BREATHWORK/YOGA ONE-TO-ONES
Your relationship with your breath is the most important relationship you can develop. It’s the only relationship that will last your entire lifetime. Like all long-lasting relationships, it really benefits from some care and attention.
Some of the areas breathwork can help with are:

I work with many people for online personalised one-to-one breathwork sessions. These sessions are for anyone wishing to deepen their experience of their breath in order to activate the healing and expansion that effective breathing can offer.
Each session will focus on a different aspect of your breath. I will guide you through exercises that will deepen your understanding of how you breathe – which parts of your breath are working well and which parts need more awareness to reach their full potential. Between sessions you will have simple exercises you can practice at home. Each session will last for approximately 60 minutes.
I also offer 60-minute one-to-one yoga sessions online.

How much do the sessions cost?
A 60-minute session costs £75. When your booking is arranged I will send you details of how to make payment.
