The Monday evening class at Exeter Natural Health Centre is a mixed-ability class.
Please bring a mat and blanket with you.
Due to Covid Restrictions these classes are limited to 6 people. There are no drop-in spaces available. Please pre-book and pre-pay.
Price £15.00.
Once a class is booked it is non refundable. If you would like to change the date of the class you have booked please contact me with 48 hours notice.
Martha Chester is a KRI-certified Level II kundalini yoga teacher, a qualified teacher of pregnancy yoga and a member of the Aquarian Teacher Academy. In association with the Sahej Academy, Martha runs a KRI-certified and KYTA-recognised Level I Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training programme in Devon.
