I have entered the world of somatic healing and completed my first training of JITSH. I will be offering both JITSH sessions in person and 1-2-1 online yoga and breath work session in 2024. Watch this space. All of this has been underpinned with a 15 month Marketing course with the inspiring @dream_project_coach. Turns out it was just what I needed to make some big shifts inside and out. I am forever on the road to learn as much as I can about life and healing so I can bring this deep experience into my teaching. Classes, workshops and trainings for 2024 are going to be deeper, more spacious and more nourishing than ever before. One of my big take always from 2023 is that collaboration is KEY for growth and expansion. 1+1 = infinity and possibilities are endless when we work together and support one another. Please get in touch as I would love you to join me for all or some of what’s planned next year and let me know if you have an ideas you would like to share. I am open to it all!

Always fun and interesting to practice yoga in India. Here is Maiju. He has been my teacher for the last 3 days. Introducing me to doing sequences differently and the joy of headstand (which as you may know we don’t usually do in Kundalini yoga). Practicing out side, sea eagles and mosquitoes to enjoy 😉 and then a masala dosa for breakfast. It really is my idea of heaven on earth.

Creativity

I read last week that creativity is the other side of the coin to anxiety and worry. Of course it is!!!! This makes so much sense to me. The brain is looking for ways to expand and if you are not really careful your natural creativity, the resource you were born with in abundance, can easily tun into anxiety and worry as you get older. When our mind it not being kept busy with creating, it will create though the negative mind (naturally the first mind to kick in) and creative negative realities for us - The famous what if? I look at the way my kids play and the creativity just pours from them. This flow of creativity changes so much as the years of our life flows by and im feeling inspired to tap into it again.

I have been meaning to make this wreath for over about 10 months. I have collected and saved bits fo grass and seeds, some artichoke heads from a friends garden. I often forget its ready to be made, or remember during the week when I need to focus on work tasks and ’not be creative’ says the voice in my head. But today I went to an early morning yoga class at @lunaandwolfexeter. It was a good class and we did a lot of hip opening.. need I say more, my creativity was activated, I came home and made this. Its amazing what a yoga class can do. Im really pleased with it.

I never ever thought I would be a yoga teacher but ……………..

So I thought I would sign up to a training and see what happened.
