The Monday evening class at Derek the Dog yoga studio in Exeter is a mixed-ability class. All are welcome regardless of ability, gender, race or spiritual beliefs. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket with you.
This is a class that is shared between 3 teachers. Myself, Jim and Jason. If you would like to know who is teaching when - please see the dates below.
£11.50 for a single class pre-paid online via the link below, or £14.00 on the door. Once a class is booked it is non-refundable. If you would like to change the date of the class you have booked, please contact me with at least 24 hours notice.
