Kundalini yoga classes from the comfort of your own home. All levels welcome. Please log on 5 mins before the class starts. If it's your first class with me, 10 mins before will give us time to 'meet' one another and discuss any variations you may need.
Cost for a class is £15. Once you pay for the class I will email you the Zoom link that you need to access the class. If you are joining the practice on a recording I will email you the link to the recording once the class has finished.
