UPCOMING PREGNANCY YOGA EVENTS

Conscious Pregnancy Yoga focuses on specific postures, meditations and breathing techniques to help you prepare for labour, birth and motherhood. Yoga is known to increase your general health, self-confidence and sense of well-being during and after pregnancy. From conception right through to birth you can gain more vitality, as well as making you feel close to your growing baby long before he or she is born. It will introduce you to a new way of connecting with your body and your breath, which will be key to supporting you in your labour. If you have never tried yoga before, this is the perfect time to start.
